How do I get my guide after purchase?
Right after checkout, you’ll see a download button on the order confirmation page, and we’ll also email you a secure download link. (Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it in a few minutes.)
I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?
First, check spam and any alternative inboxes. Then search your email for “Flora Flux” or “Download your files.” Still nothing? Contact us, and we’ll resend your link to the address on the order.
How long do download links stay active?
Forever. Once you purchase a FloraFlux guide, it belongs to your garden library for life. You have unlimited access to the download link, so you can refer back to it every season. If we ever update the guide with new tips or designs, we will automatically email you the latest edition at no additional cost.
What formats do you provide? Will it work on my device?
Guides are delivered as PDF (universally readable). Most devices open PDFs by default; if needed, install a free reader like Adobe Acrobat or Apple Books. You can also print for personal use.
What’s your refund policy for digital items?
Due to the nature of digital products, guides cannot be "returned" once they are delivered to your inbox. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have a technical issue opening your files or accidentally make a duplicate purchase, just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll fix it immediately. We want to ensure you have exactly what you need.
Can I share or use the guides commercially?
Guides are licensed for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, upload, or redistribute files. For teams, classrooms, or commercial licensing, contact us.
